edu . Job Description The Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for processing and monitoring procurement card transactions and other invoices. This position will also be responsible for entering purchasing card transactions and may enter expense reports and supplier invoice requests into Workday, as needed.
The Administrative Assistant will learn knowledge of grants and contracts and use independent judgement for the appropriateness of charges to these awards. This includes learning the policies and procedures when processing transactions. Required Qualifications Sound judgement when processing financial transactions Experience working in an office environment Schedule 10-15 hours a week.
