Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community. This position may include 8-hour shift times, including a weekend rotation. Pay $20.12-22.50 per hour, dependent upon experience Essential Job Functions Provides person-centered assistance with ADLs, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, per the care plan. Monitors residents’ condition responds to needs promptly, reports changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately documents care each shift. Promotes dignity, respect, resident rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards. Participates in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age. Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
