Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2016 and has grown into a team of five who work together in a supportive and energetic environment. I started my career right out of college as a State Farm agent aspirant and spent five years learning the business before opening my own agency. I’m a graduate of the University of Iowa and am married with a son.

Outside of the office, my family and I enjoy boating, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever we can. We stay connected to our community by sponsoring local neighborhood events and supporting activities around the area. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
