AI-Enabled Fullstack Developer About the Offer We are currently looking for an AI-Enabled Fullstack Developer to join the team of one of the world's leading global investment banks. The project is delivered together with a large international IT services company. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will develop full-stack web applications using GitHub Copilot and Generative AI in everyday work, and integrate AI capabilities into new and existing applications. Key Details: Rate: 125–150 PLN/h (B2B), depending on experience Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week from the client's office (non-negotiable), full-time Location: Kraków (candidates must live in or near Kraków) Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack applications Leverage GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and code quality Design, test and optimise solutions using Generative AI and prompt engineering techniques Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions Contribute to application architecture, development and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Around 7+ years of commercial software development experience, with full-stack development Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (Copilot Studio is a plus) Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering Experience designing and developing modern web applications Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows Fluent English Polish or EU citizenship, or a permanent residence / work permit valid for at least 12 months Nice to Have: Knowledge of Sybase Experience with collateral / margin management in financial services Recruitment Process: One interview with the IT services partner, followed by 1–3 interviews with the bank Technical tasks are done live: please have your programming environment set up and tested beforehand.
