Essential duties

Taking guest orders for food and drinks. Must adhere to beverage control procedures and state liquor laws. Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis. Must have excellent appearance and polished presentation. Must have exceptional guest service skills. Must possess basic math skills. Must be able to work standing for long periods of time.

Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures. Must be team-oriented and must enjoy working with and assisting people.
