Sales & Events Coordinator

The Hotel Sales and Events Coordinator supports hotel sales, catering, and event efforts by assisting clients throughout the booking and planning process while providing administrative and sales support to hotel leadership. Serving as a liaison between clients, Sales, hotel operations, and vendors, this role helps ensure meetings, events, and group business are coordinated and executed successfully.

Responsibilities include

managing incoming opportunities, servicing booked business, coordinating event details, maintaining sales systems and records, and supporting prospecting and revenue-generating initiatives.
