We have a Project Technician position available in Bradford, PA.

Schedule: 5 days a week Hours: 2nd shift Pay: $20-$25 an hour City/Town: Bradford, PA The Project Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Must possess strong attention to detail and follow instructions. Company van and equipment is provided.

We also include training on the equipment and how to properly complete all job duties listed above. Duties include, but are not limited to: Operates all floor care equipment. (Walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.) Keeps work areas/equipment in a state that is inspection-ready. Ensures that work/cleaning schedules outlined below are followed as closely as practical Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and put away after each shift Other duties may apply Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Stripping and waxing floors Carpet care (shampooing, extracting) General cleaning Window cleaning If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy a role with variety and flexibility , we’d love to hear from you!
