Yukon is a new stand-up steak concept built on quality, speed, personality, and community.

We're creating a fast-paced, high-energy environment where guests feel like regulars from their very first visit. We’re looking for part-time friendly, energetic Team Members to join our opening team. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour, plus tips. Employee Benefits: Employee Meal Plan, every shift gets a meal on us (up to $14) Employee Discount, 35% off purchases at our restaurant/retail locations Paid Time Off Transit and Parking Pre-Tax Plan Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do Welcome guests and create a great first impression Take orders and accurately use our POS system Serve food and beverages quickly and efficiently Share menu recommendations and answer guest questions Help prepare food and support kitchen operations as needed Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and guest-ready Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience What We’re Looking For Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences 1+ years of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed Must obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card and MAST Permit Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Commitment to Our Communities: As part of Sugar Mountain, we're committed to supporting the communities where we live and work.
