We're looking for ambitious students and recent graduates who are eager to learn, take on meaningful responsibility, and accelerate their development in an international environment. The Opportunity We are currently recruiting Finance Interns to join our Malta office starting in November 2026 . While we can accommodate internships of 4 months , our preference is for candidates who are available for 6 months or longer , allowing you to gain deeper exposure to the business and take ownership of larger projects.

As a Finance Intern, you will become an active member of one of our finance teams and contribute to projects across areas such as Financial Accounting and Analysis, Treasury and Payroll. Throughout the internship, you will gain exposure to EF's diverse businesses, including language schools, academic programs and cultural exchange.

Most importantly, you will work alongside colleagues from all over the world while building the foundations for an international career. Who We're Looking For We believe potential matters as much as experience. You might be a great fit if you: Are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field Are naturally curious and enjoy learning new things Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds Are fluent in English and speak at least one other language Are interested in building an international career Take ownership and enjoy turning ideas into action Have studied, lived, or worked abroad (a plus, but not required) Share our passion for education, travel, and cultural exchange Why Malta?
