In-Home Therapy licensed Clinical Supervisor | Fitchburg

The Licensed Clincial Supervisor will provide leadership and direction to employees within the assigned program. The Lic-Supervisor provides administrative and clinical supervision to treatment teams and other paraprofessionals. The Lic-Supervisor works within the programs, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among staff and consumers.

This person will answer to the Program Director, and should provide individual and group supervision to all staff while supporting these staff while developing skills to address complex issues such as serious emotional disturbance, co-occurring disorders and trauma
