The Loren Bermuda is seeking a driven, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk/Concierge Agent to join our dynamic Front of House team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Front Desk & Concierge Agent, you will serve as a key ambassador of the hotel, ensuring each guest interaction reflects our five-star standards from arrival through departure. Location: Bermuda | Department: Front Office | Reports to: Front Office Manager YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver warm, professional guest service throughout all stages of the guest journey Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately Confirm reservations, verify payment methods, and accommodate special requests whenever possible Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions Act as a liaison for both hotel and external services, including transportation, dining, tours, and special events Assist guests with directions, bookings, tickets, and personalized recommendations Maintain accurate room status coordination with Housekeeping and relevant departments Process cashiering functions, including posting charges, paid-outs, and currency exchange Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution Support luggage handling and message delivery when required Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness Adhere to all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards YOUR QUALIFICATIONS At least two years of Front Office experience in Reception, Concierge, or an administrative role Previous hotel experience preferred, including familiarity with operating systems such as OPERA, RDPWin PMS, or similar platforms Any hotel or hospitality certifications are considered an asset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest-service focus Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality Knowledge of local attractions and guest services is an asset Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays Eligibility Requirement: At this time, we are only accepting applications from Bermudians, Spouses of Bermudians, and PRC holders.
