Your Role

As a Program Specialist, you will implement instructional activities and provide essential support to our participants, helping them maximize personal growth and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management services and support self-advocacy efforts.
• Prepare and accompany individuals to work experiences and community meetings.
• Use various curricula and assistive technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Support participants in daily activities, ensuring their health, safety, and personal preferences are prioritized.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor.

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport individuals using program vehicles and wheelchair vans.
