Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations, including the selection, onboarding, training, and supervision of team members. Ensure excellent results in guest service, food quality, sales, profits, and cost management. Oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels. Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proficient in reading and writing. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
