Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Facility and Child Safety Accountable for adherence to all organizational health and safety policies and implementation of all safety practices and procedures at assigned site Take all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect members, staff, equipment, materials, and facilities.
Abide by facility maintenance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance Accountable for reporting incidents and completing documentation within required timeline Maintain discipline, de-escalate conflict between members and/or others Obtain and renew CPR and First Aid certification by deadline Administrative Compliance Complete all required reports and administrative duties on time.
Collect and manage required data and internal and external reporting. Ensure accuracy of data and reporting. Ensure the effective completion of all assessment and measurement activities of programs Comply with all administrative policies and procedures, processes and controls Accountable for accurate and timely collection and review of membership application Accountable for accurate and timely paperwork, reports, and data entry Accountable for utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly and effectively Branch Programming Accountable for assigned programming and activities Accountable for quality programming and activities and implementing YPQ techniques Accountable for promoting and maintaining a culture of safety in program area(s) Accountable for assigned special programs and initiatives Front Desk Operations Accountable for providing excellent customer service Accountable for enforcing all security, safety, and health protocols Accountable for managing front door traffic efficiently and effectively Accountable for ensuring members are checked in/out properly utilizing childcare management systems Relationships Be a positive role model Maintain emotional control and make good decisions under pressure Represent the Boys & Girls Club in a positive manner Attendance Regular attendance is required; arrive on time, work required hours/shift, and leave at scheduled time NONESSENTIAL DUTIES Complete all other duties as assigned Requirements Education and work experience requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Minimum 6 months experience working with youth Qualifications include: Available to work between the hours of 2pm-7pm Monday – Friday during school year; up to 37.
5 hours per week during summer Monday
- Friday Ability to be a positive role model Ability to establish rapport and build relationships Ability to relate to at-risk youth Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification Must be able to pass any and all required background screens and drug screens at any time Pay & Benefits Pay: $14.05 Benefits: paid time off The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is an equal opportunity employer.
