Bilingual Loan Officer

Job Details: Salary Range: Undisclosed, Focus. One is located in the Jersey Villiage/Cypress Area. We currently have openings for experienced licensed loan officers (English/Spanish bilingual). We handle a variety of loans including portfolios, brokers, FNMA, and Government Loans. Focus. One Mortgage Solutions is licensed in Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Ohio, and expanding to other markets. Job Description: The Mortgage Loan Officer responds to customer inquiries and referrals that are generated from both their contacts and from Focus. One Mortgage Solutions' business channels. The Loan Officer interviews prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information.

The Loan Office maintains a thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The MLO continually demonstrates a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and adhering to HMDA requirements. The Mortgage Loan Officer

• Develops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, existing and prospective, along with Focus. One Mortgage Solutions business partners.
• Prospects of new mortgage lending opportunities.
• Meets with customers as necessary during various stages of the loan process.
• Utilizes training materials, reference tools, and other resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan program/policy information to both external customers and internal business partners.
• Provides complete loan applications to be put into processing.
• Ensures exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and providing ongoing communication to customers and business partners.
• Oversees and ensures successful completion of all assigned Mortgage Loan Officer Training activities.Qualifications: Qualifications An NMLS license is required, if one has no NMLS license, one must obtain one within 90 days of employment.
