• Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Universal Mental Health Services, Inc . is seeking an energetic, motivated, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Qualified Professional. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting individuals and their families through high‑quality, person‑centered services.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, monitor, and support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Collaborate with families, service providers, and team members to ensure quality care Maintain accurate documentation and meet all regulatory and agency standards Advocate for individuals and promote independence, inclusion, and overall well‑being Education & Experience Requirements Option 1: A related Human Services degree and at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Option 2: A non‑related degree and at least four years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Desired Skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities Proficiency with computers and documentation systems Genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities About Universal MH/DD/SAS Since 2003, Universal MH/DD/SAS has been committed to helping individuals and families affected by mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders achieve their full potential.
