Role Overview Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Consultant to join our busy commercial workshop team.

You will be the key link between our customers and technicians—receiving vehicles, diagnosing service/repair requirements, providing thorough updates, and delivering world-class customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor , Aftersales Executive , or Automotive Customer Specialist within the motor industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build customer trust and loyalty. Confidence in subtle upselling (service plans, maintenance products, accessories) by putting the customer's best interests first.

Excellent organizational skills and computer literacy (experience with Kerridge / Drive / Pinnacle systems is advantageous). Full UK Driving Licence. Location & Commute Base: Sittingbourne Area (Free secure on-site parking provided) Road Links: Strategically situated off the A2017 / A2 , offering fast connection to the M2 (Junction 5) for quick commutes across Kent.
