Description Retail Sales Representative – Home Improvement Maverick Contracting LLC Maverick Contracting is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to help homeowners plan and purchase home improvement projects, including windows, decks, siding, roofing, and bathroom remodeling. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and closing sales, this is an opportunity to grow with a company offering a wide range of services.

What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners to understand their project goals and budget. Explain product options, project scope, and the value of working with Maverick. Prepare and present estimates and proposals. Stay in contact with prospective customers, answer questions, and close sales. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in our CRM. Coordinate with our production team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation. Meet sales goals while providing a positive customer experience. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A motivated, dependable person who takes initiative.

Confidence asking for the sale and handling customer objections. Strong organization and attention to detail. Willingness to learn our products and sales process. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales. Construction knowledge is a plus.
