Requirements

Appliance repair/installation - to include dishwashers, disposals, stoves, and refrigerators. This does not include any task that deals with HVAC/Refrigerate (i.e. CFC, HCFC, HFC, HFO, HC). Complete Turns, evictions and major furniture moving, exterior/interior maintenance projects. Complete service requests tickets in a timely and proficient manner Provide excellent customer service to our Residents Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies Reviewing, understanding complying and fulfilling training requirements for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans and Programs.

Perform preventative maintenance program inspections, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least one year of experience in maintenance repair. Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-screening. Must have valid driver's license and I9 required documents Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation. EPA 608 Certified Type I, Type II or Universal (i.

e. CFC certification) preferred, but not required.
