Responsibilities

● Greet customers as they come in and validate their ID ● Check customers into our point of sale system ● Tend to customers while they wait in the lobby, answering any questions they may have ● Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to appropriate dispensary staff members or answer their general questions ● Make sure lobby stays clean and orderly ● Assist with other dispensary tasks, such as audits, as needed ● Assist customers with non-cannabis purchases Qualifications & Requirements: ● Knowledgeable of cannabis basics—products, strains, consumption methods ● 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in cannabis industry ● Friendly, personable, and service-oriented ● Minimum age requirement is 21 ● Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID ● Must pass any and all required background checks Salary $14 - $16 per hour
