Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct sales appointments with homeowners to understand their needs. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the most suitable products to meet customer needs. Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and installation procedures. Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

A diploma or certificate in interior design would be well regarded. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales experience and a customer focused approach is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of plumbing products is an asset. Ability to quickly learn new product offerings.
