As part of this journey, the company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and accelerate its next phase of growth.

About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and owning product marketing across every vertical served by the company. The role requires strong technical credibility to engage effectively with liveness detection engineers and compliance auditors, combined with the seniority and influence required to contribute to conversations with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.

The Product Marketing Manager will personally create flagship content, including case studies, thought leadership, and launch materials, while also directing agencies and external resources when appropriate. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging: The Product Marketing Manager will own how the company's products are positioned and communicated across different verticals. The role will involve identifying unmet customer needs and emerging market opportunities and translating those insights into positioning that remains relevant as the fraud and identity landscape evolves.

Roadmap, Priorities & Measurement: The Product Marketing Manager will own the marketing roadmap across the company's vertical portfolio, including banking, fintech, government, and KYC/IDV providers. The role will involve partnering with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership, tracking KPIs across campaigns, launches, and enablement, and using data to establish and defend priorities.

GTM & Launch Execution: The Product Marketing Manager will build and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, and vertical expansions, covering messaging, sales readiness, public launches, and collaboration with demand generation and field teams to maximize campaign impact. Sales Enablement: The Product Marketing Manager will develop battlecards, objection-handling materials, and sales enablement resources designed to position the company's products as category leaders in live sales conversations.

Content & Thought Leadership: The Product Marketing Manager will write and publish case studies, blog posts, and thought-leadership pieces, while directing freelance writers and agencies where required to scale content output. The role will contribute to building a content engine that establishes the company as a credible voice on identity fraud and deepfake detection.

Technical Marketing & Competitive Intelligence: The Product Marketing Manager will translate certifications, technical information, and lab results into materials that buyers and analysts can trust. The role will also involve maintaining an ongoing view of a competitive landscape in which vendor claims evolve rapidly.

Requirements

Seniority: Experience in product marketing workin on security, identity, fraud prevention, or another technical B2B category where buyers demand proof rather than claims. Technical credibility: The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of biometric liveness detection and anti-spoofing, including presentation attack detection (PAD) and injection attack detection (IAD), and will be comfortable translating certification frameworks into clear, buyer-facing proof points.

Positioning: The ideal candidate will have experience creating messaging that holds up in live sales deals and analyst conversations, as well as hands-on experience with battlecards, objection handling, and ongoing competitive intelligence. Writing: The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of published B2B content, including blogs, case studies, and thought leadership, together with experience directing freelancers or agencies to scale content output.

GTM & roadmap experience: The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with Product and Executive leadership on roadmap alignment and running launches across multiple products or verticals. Independent ownership: The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating as the sole PMM across multiple verticals, using KPI, market-intelligence, and AI-assisted research tools to drive and defend marketing decisions.

Nice to Have

Existing relationships with industry analysts or trade press covering biometrics and identity fraud, such as Biometric Update. Previous experience joining an earlier-stage or scaling company and building a function from a relatively thin base.
