About the role

Support project and business operations through financial monitoring, invoice and payment follow-up, delivery and resource management support, contract administration assistance, and proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly review of the financial scenario of ongoing projects. Review and follow up on invoice submission and payment receipt with the finance team and the client. Technical Review, Quality Assurance and Site Support Assist the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader and Functional General Managers in contract preparation, variation agreement proposals, and replacement proposals.

Design Support and Technical Analysis About You: Bachelors in Relevant Subject or Equivalent Degree 1 to 2 years of professional experience in relevant field Good technical understanding of project aspects and delivery Good communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.) Proficiency in time, quality and cost management skills We value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
