Hospitality Guest Relations Coordinator

Overseeing guest experience and property readiness across four 5-star short-term rental properties, you will ensure seamless operational standards and exceptional hospitality delivery. Operating in Sea Point, the role combines guest communication with hands-on on-site preparation to maintain high accommodation standards.

Working approximately 4 to 6 hours per week initially the role requires full availability during December and January to manage peak seasonal guest movement, averaging approximately 20 check-ins per month across the portfolio (roughly 4 to 5 check-ins per property monthly). Although properties utilise self-check-in systems, on-site setup, guest coordination, and handling same-day turnarounds require an adaptable, highly organized coordinator willing to assist with all practical aspects of property operations.

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage clear guest communications before, during, and after stays. Conduct property setups and ensure 5-star presentation standards prior to guest arrival. Assist with guest check-in queries and support seamless self-check-in processes. Handle same-day check-in and check-out transitions efficiently. Maintain strict time management and attention to detail across all four properties.

Provide hands-on assistance across property operations to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements Prior guest house or hospitality experience. Must reside in the Sea Point or Green Point area. Own transport is essential. Full availability throughout December and January. Strong time management and organizational capabilities.

Willingness to adopt a hands-on, all-hands-on-deck approach to operational tasks.
