Pharmacist - Pharmacy Ambulatory Care - PT .5 Varying Shifts

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides pharmaceutical outpatient care to the patient, as well as, ensure the accurate and timely preparation, storage, billing, labeling, and distribution of medications in accordance with the outpatient ambulatory department policies and procedures, and state and federal law under the direction of the Pharmacy Director.

This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Services. This position provides ambulatory pharmacist services, develops partnerships with patients, and provides medication management services.
