Visit rates range from $100 - $130 per visit. Our agency offers a unique program designed to support patients at home.

Requirements

Current California PT License Valid California Driver's License with proof of a good Motor Vehicle Record Current proof of auto insurance with state minimum (or greater) coverage Social Security Card and/or proof of eligibility to work in U.S. Two Professional References Current CPR Certification
