Title: Document Management Job Title Document Management Division and/or Project Hook KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

Summary Section Candidate will be responsible for Piping Design of Technology Projects in association with KBR’s Technology Business Unit at Houston Responsibilities: Assists with compiling and maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering/supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and other project-required documents.

Assists with updating, examining, and maintaining project document control record keeping system and verifying completeness and accuracy of data. Assists with preparing transmittals and distributes data as directed. Assists with the interface of the reproduction department for required reproduction associated with copy and distribution requirements per project procedures.

Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through job-related training and considerable work experience. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Work is typically non-routine but not complex. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.

Qualifications
