Neighborhood and Housing Coordinator

Oversees the receipt, allocation, expenditure, evaluation, reporting and management of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), State Housing Initiative Program (SHIP), and Residential Construction Mitigation Program (RCMP). Prepares agenda memorandum for the Planning and Zoning Board and City Commission items.

Prepares the CDBG Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan as well as the Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP). Prepare reports and act as board representative to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and oversight of the City's Affordable Housing Programs.
