SE - Head of Finance and Business Performance

Join us to shape the next generation of staffing in Sweden We are looking for a commercially driven and operationally focused Head of Business Performance and Finance to strengthen our business performance, financial leadership and revenue operations in one of the staffing industry's most ambitious and fast-evolving companies.

This is not a traditional finance role. As a key member of the Swedish Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will play a central role in driving profitable growth, improving commercial and operational performance, and building the structures needed to scale our business. You will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Operations and Technology, combining financial leadership, commercial insight and data-driven decision-making to help shape the next generation of staffing in Sweden.
