This role will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s St Croix Office We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in St. Croix, where you’ll play an important role in supporting daily financial operations and providing excellent service to our clients. You’ll process payments, maintain accurate records, prepare bank deposits, assist with account inquiries, and help keep our financial operations running smoothly. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to have you on our team! Accurately prepare cash receipt for each payment received. Prepare daily bank deposits. Post deposit to automated agency system. Assist client with account balance inquiries. Maintain and reconcile cash drawer. Open, sort and distribute daily incoming mail. Provide support services to Financial Department as well as other projects as directed by the Financial Manager.

Qualifications

College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Experience with Vertafore a plus. Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

High level of organizational ability with attention to detail. Total Rewards Package: Compensation: $37,500 - $42,500, based experience.
