Land Compliance Staff

Create document summaries based on measurement plan maps. Prepare measurement application forms. Check the completeness of land release documents and prepare copies. Prepare certificate cancellation application documents if the land release is based on a Freehold Title (SHM). Register measurement applications at the service counter.

Coordinate with measurement officers and relevant parties. Follow up on the measurement application process. Compile measurement application data. Verify the consistency of the Cadastral Map (PBT) documents with the measurement plan. Compile periodic reports on BPN measurement applications and results (PBT). Archive physical and soft copies of cadastral maps.

Prepare documents for Decree (SK) registration (HGB issuance).

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Law, Land Affairs, Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in land certification, land affairs, legal administration, or land acquisition. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and computer operations, with strong administrative, document management, and analytical skills.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team. High integrity, discipline, and accountability, with the ability to meet deadlines and willingness to undertake business travel or site visits when necessary.
