Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor: Leads daily maintenance operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of production equipment, facilities, and utility systems. Oversees Maintenance Leads and Technicians, driving preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability improvements, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountable for facility maintenance performance, team effectiveness, and placing employees in roles that maximize engagement and results. Partners with the Maintenance Manager to support maintenance standards, develop technical talent, and build a high-performing team aligned with company goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
