• About the role. Our Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our Queenstown Box Lobby front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, such as bill payment, NZTA transactions and assist with sending parcels across New Zeland and the world. As a trusted NZ Post expert, you'll provide suggestions and access information for our customers. You'll process mail, scan freight and small packages from our couriers, so some heavy lifting will be required. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. This is for a fixed term until January 2027. This is our busiest time of year and its unlikely that leave requests will be granted. Be available to work the following roster: Monday 8.15am - 10.30am Tuesday 10am - 2pm Wednesday 10am - 2pm Thursday 7.30am - 10.30am Friday 7.30am - 10am Every 2nd Saturday 7.30am - 12.15pm Problem solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?Administration and data entry skills.
