Discharge Planner

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive social work services to inpatient detox clients. Assessment, discharge planning, client and family counseling, case management, and documentation in an inpatient detox setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in the field or CAC/CAP is required. https://crw.flclearinghouse.com/ PRN and FULL TIME positions are available!!!
