Arkansas- $2,000 Incentive-Service and Installation Welders/Fabricators

Title: S&I Welder/Fabricator Reports To: S&I Manager, S&I On-Site Project Manager and S&I Lead Summary of Position: Individual must possess the physical ability and mental capability to safely and effectively operate mechanical tools such as; grinders, and TIG welders, as well as basic hand tools, such as; vise grips, square, hammer and wrenches.

Duties & Responsibilities Must be able to travel all over the continental U.S. for long periods of time Must be able to move, lift, and assemble equipment Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime Be flexible to assist in all areas as needed or required by S&I management Follow directions and instructions provided by S&I Manager, S&I On-Site Project Manager and S&I Lead Required Skills & Experience Possess mathematical skills, specifically being able to add and subtract fractions and decimals Ability to read prints and spec sheets (preferred) Standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds Possess the ability to work safely in all situations Ability to read a tape measure in 16ths of an inch Ability to work with others in a team environment Ability to drive a lift truck a plus, though not required Ability to successfully complete TIG weld test (preferred) Benefits Guaranteed 40 hours per week (if available for work) Overtime pay after 40 hours (after 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday before 40 hours is met) $50 per day per diem (Meal money) Paid travel to job site (There AND back) $500 per month driver incentive (for eligible, and approved, drivers) Blue Cross Blue Shield health and dental insurance VSP vision insurance Life insurance Short term and long term disability insurance 401k with company matching percentage Vacation Holiday pay
