Attorney - Civil Litigation

Description Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team.

Preferred qualifications

include 2- 8 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense. You’ll gain hands-on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development. We offer a hybrid work schedule (three days in-office, two remote), a Flexible Time Off policy, and fully covered medical, dental, and vision monthly premiums.

• Civil Litigation Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah; required A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files; Excellent communication and analytical skills; Exceptional research and writing skills; Interest in marketing and client development; Trial experience preferred; and Ability to travel.
