Finance & Controlling Intern (Legal Entity Controlling)

Aufgaben We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Intern to support the Legal Entity Controlling team in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to finance operations, reporting processes, and business performance analysis within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management presentations. Support budget planning and forecast activities by collecting, consolidating, and validating data. Maintain cost center tracking files and assist with basic variance analysis. Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.

Support month-end closing activities and financial data reconciliation. Assist in maintaining internal control documentation and tracking audit evidence. Update process documentation, reporting templates, and finance records. Support finance-related projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad hoc assignments. Qualifikationen Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills.
