General Manager - Joels Restaurant

Joel’s Restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our busy, high-volume restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding food and customer service.

Excellent package of €80k plus substantial performance bonus for the right candidate

Oversee all areas of the restaurant Lead and develop the team Maintain excellent operational standards Delivering guest experience and handling complaints Health, safety, and food hygiene knowlege and compliance (including HACCP and licensing) Working with the head chef and supplier relationships Drive the continued performance of the business.

About you

Previous senior restaurant management experience Restaurant and bar experience required Strong knowledge of labour and cost controls The ability to create a positive, professional and guest-focused experience!
