Work Schedule Full-time position Monday–Friday In-person, on-site work at client properties Job Summary Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential system issues. Diagnose electrical and mechanical HVAC problems and replace defective components.

Provide professional customer service and explain repairs and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of services and repairs. Follow all safety and refrigerant handling requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of commercial AHU experience. EPA Universal Certification required. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Flexible schedule and availability to respond to emergency and on-call service needs. Working Conditions Work in commercial and outdoor environments. Must be comfortable working on your feet and performing hands-on HVAC duties. Must be available for on-call emergency situations, including evenings, weekends, and after-hours as needed.
