About the Role
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding sales within assigned territories across the United States. This position requires developing strong relationships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for direct sales activities, including prospecting, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions. Ultimately, the Sales Representative will contribute to the company’s market presence and long-term success by consistently achieving top sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Demonstrated ability to manage sales territories and key accounts effectively. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience in direct sales and customer relationship management. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in international sales or working with global clients. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Knowledge of the specific industry or product line relevant to the company.

Manage and grow sales volume within assigned sales territories by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Meet or exceed established sales quotas through effective direct sales strategies and negotiation.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs and industry requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and logistics to support sales initiatives and resolve client issues. Track sales activities and report on sales performance metrics regularly to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services. Key account management skills enable the representative to build and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
