Hybrid/Flex-Schedule, Full-time Florida Estate and Trust Litigation Attorney Opportunity

We are now interviewing for a full-time, Probate/Estate and Trust Litigation Attorney for a dynamic Coral Gables Firm .

A flexible, hybrid work schedule is open for discussion! Attorney Requirements:

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
• Strong research and writing skills - draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, contracts
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings
• Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
• Resolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals Benefits:
