Site Security Manager Position Type: Full-Time Location: Fort Bragg, North Carolina Position Overview D2 Government Solutions is seeking Customer Service Window Specialists / Verifying Officials to support ID Card Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This role provides front-line customer screening, check-in, and eligibility support for individuals seeking CAC and USID card services.

Key Responsibilities

Staff customer service windows supporting ID card service operations. Screen customers during check-in. Review customer documentation for completeness before processing. Assist eligible recipients with ID card service questions and process flow. Maintain professional, courteous service in a high-volume military environment.

Coordinate with RAPIDS Verifying Officials, Security Site Managers, and supervisors as required. Protect PII and sensitive customer information. Required Qualifications Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of a RAPIDS Verifying Official. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive PII and Privacy Act information appropriately.

Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently. Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI.
