Day in the Life:? Responsible for preparing and plating cold food items with precision Salads, Raw Bar items, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts. Passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and presentation Thrives in a high-pressure environment Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to the team and guests Operate under our standard operating procedures and core values Prepare, execute, and present food to Buck & Rider brand standards Maintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen, and bar areas Mark, date, and rotate all products Maintain production and cleaning schedules Remains organized and maintains a neat, organized workspace Strong communication skills Accept direction from Management? Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc. Keen eye for plating and presentation Professional appearance and strong communication skills 1+ years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant environment Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
