Construction Estimator

The Construction Estimator will be accountable for the cost estimates designed for each apartment construction project. While working closely and communicating with the development professional and construction executives, the Construction Estimator will identify specific milestones to ensure estimates are within budget.

Due to its essential job duties, this role is designated as a safety-sensitive position.
