We are seeking mission-driven individuals ready to play a meaningful role in bringing life-changing treatments to the patients who need them most. The Lead Session Monitor is an independently licensed healthcare provider required to be present for all psychedelic or psychedelic-like dosing sessions. This role supports protocol-compliant study conduct through required training, continuous session presence, pre- and post-dosing procedures, and accurate documentation.

Support will be needed onsite out of our Tampa, FL clinic in a 1099 contractor capacity. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques, clinical research protocols, and dosing-session procedures. Ability to conduct independent psychiatric intake assessments for potential clinical research participants.

Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, attention to detail, and consistent protocol adherence.

Qualifications

Graduate-level professional healthcare training required. Active license to practice independently required. Clinical psychotherapy experience and demonstrated independent psychiatric-assessment capability required.

Responsibilities

Complete general clinical research, protocol, and dosing-session monitor training. Maintain required ongoing training and study-specific competencies. Remain on site and in the dosing room for the full duration of each assigned dosing session. Complete protocol-required procedures during dosing and pre- and post-dosing appointments.
