The ideal candidate is proficient in operating various sewing machines, capable of switching between different jobs and materials daily, and committed to delivering flawless work that meets precise specifications. Key duties include measuring materials accurately, providing process feedback, and maintaining consistent, reliable performance while adapting to new product introductions and other tasks as assigned.
