Part Time Leasing Agent

We are seeking a driven Part Time Leasing Agent with experience in property management to join our team! $18 per hour Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off and more!

Responsibilities

Market our fast-growing Apartment Homes. Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions Facilitate lease signings Host open houses and other community events Uphold community policies and procedures Verify and approve all prospective applicants following all fair housing laws Upkeep of the community grounds and apartment interior Qualifications: Lease experience preferred Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus Affordable housing experience preferred Rural Development experience preferred Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases a plus Ability to build rapport with residents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be willing to work some Saturdays.
