Responsibilities

/ Tasks Supporting employees in resolving basic hardware and software issues Assisting with IT ticket handling and monitoring their resolution by external service providers Preparing, configuring, and updating computers, mobile phones, and other devices used by employees Providing user support for IT applications and systems Assisting in setting up workstations for new employees and supporting organizational changes Participating in the creation and maintenance of user documentation and user guides Collaborating with IT teams and employees from various departments in Poland and abroad Supporting the organization of training sessions and initiatives aimed at improving IT user awareness Participating in projects related to the development and continuous improvement of IT services Your Profile / Qualifications Interest in modern technologies and a willingness to develop in the IT field Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team English proficiency sufficient for communication and working with technical documentation in English Did we spark your interest?
