The pay range for this position is $22 - $23/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Responsibilities

Manage day to day operations Direct and supervise Mass Transit Tire coworkers Manage customer interactions and satisfaction Perform hands on tire service including: mounting, dismounting, and regrooving of heavy duty bus tires by both hand and machine, balancing, and flat repairs Responsible for vehicle inspection, inflation maintenance and record keeping Assist management with hiring/training needs Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies All other duties as assigned by management.

Basic Requirements: Previous management experience Minimum 1 year experience working with Commercial Tires including mounting, balancing, and flat repairs Position requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends. Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements, including be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Position Criteria: Must possess a mechanical aptitude. Strong oral and written communication ability. Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner. Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team. Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions.
