Corporate Procurement Manager – UAE, Dubai with international expertise

We are looking for a Corporate Procurement Manager who will lead procurement strategy, governance, and operational excellence across construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Middle East. This role is responsible for driving regional procurement performance, supporting project delivery teams, strengthening supplier and subcontractor relationships, and ensuring procurement activities align with business objectives, governance requirements, and project execution needs.

In this leadership role, you will work closely with project teams, engineering, commercial, tender, and operational functions while developing a high-performing procurement organization that supports large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across the region.
